UP 117C12 KNX Modular Bus Coupling Unit BTM NEMA Wall Box DC Converter 5V 20V, 5WG1117-2CB12

The UP 117C12 KNX bus coupling unit connects a bus device to the KNX two-wire bus line through a 10-pole bus transceiver interface (BTI) socket. It is designed for North American NEMA wall box installations, with a mounting bracket and screw connection for secure attachment inside boxes with minimum inside dimensions of 50 x 89 x 40 mm and a mounting depth of 19 mm. The integrated DC converter draws power from the bus line and supplies the clipped-on application module with DC 5 V at 30 mA and DC 20 V at 25 mA, eliminating the need for a local auxiliary supply. The BTI socket allows fast clipping of compatible bus terminal devices, while bus communication is established via a standard bus terminal block. The unit is rated IP20 for dry indoor environments.
