The N 528D01 (5WG1528-1DB01) is a two-output universal dimming actuator in DIN-rail format. Universal means that the device reads the connected load and automatically decides whether leading-edge or trailing-edge control is the correct dimming principle, so resistive, inductive and capacitive loads can be mixed on the same actuator without manual selection of a dimming mode. Each output carries 300 VA and works without a minimum load, which is what makes the device usable with modern dimmable LED lamps.
