Denitrification

The SNCR method primarily uses an amino-containing reducing agent, which is injected into the furnace at a temperature range of 900–1100°C to reduce NOx in the flue gas, producing nitrogen and water. Because, within a certain temperature range and in the presence of oxygen, the reduction of NOx by amino groups dominates all other chemical reactions, exhibiting selectivity, it is called selective non-catalytic reduction. The system mainly consists of four parts: a reducing agent storage and preparation system, a dilution system, a metering and distribution system, and an injection system.
