Thermal lamination film is manufactured using multi-extrusion coating lines, consisting of two primary layers: a plastic film base (typically BOPP or PET) and an EVA adhesive layer. Also known as dry, hot, or heat lamination film.
Primarily used in printing houses for commercial and educational materials, as well as graphic arts large format applications. The transparent film provides protective lamination through heat-activated EVA adhesive bonding to paper substrates.

The lamination process involves joining multiple layers to protect printed materials using a hot laminator machine. The film passes over a heated roller where EVA adhesive melts and bonds to paper surfaces under controlled pressure.
