BOPP Thermal Lamination Film (also known as thermal bonding film) is a plastic roll thin film designed for printing paper lamination. Our products are manufactured with FDA Certificate, as well as RoHS, REACH, and EN 71-3 certifications.
To apply the laminating roll film, a laminator machine is required to melt the EVA adhesive glue into the printed paper substrate at the proper temperature.

- Glossy (also called shine, bright) Roll Thermal Laminating Film, Thickness from 15 to 30 micron

Thermal lamination is a process where paper or paperboard substrates are naturally laminated together with a plastic film through heat application. This method is sometimes referred to as hot, dry, or heat lamination.
GLOSS Finish: Provides high gloss laminate effect, giving luster to the laminated surface with waterproof features.
MATTE Finish: Typically double corona treated with values up to 42 dynes, offering excellent performance for UV varnishing and hot stamping. It enhances the elegance of printed paper through heating lamination, particularly effective for brands seeking impressive end-user consumption effects.
BOPP thermal lamination film roll works with various printing methods including offset printing, screen printing, and digital printing. It is compatible with most types of paper or paperboard for printing finishing lamination, such as 125gsm, 250gsm, or 350gsm.
Notably, our roll lamination film is SUPER WHITE and free from yellow tint.
