We produce two types of thermal lamination film based on base film material for different printing methods and paper thickness:
BOPP Thermal Lamination Film and PET Thermal Lamination Film.

The lamination process involves joining two or more layers to protect prints. Using a hot laminator (thermal lamination roller machine), the EVA adhesive layer of Thermal Lamination Film melts to laminate paper. The film passes over a heated roller and adheres to paper under appropriate pressure. This process is user-friendly and suitable for small applications at home. Also known as heat lamination, dry lamination, or hot lamination.
Both glossy and matt laminating films are compatible with roll laminator machines.

What is Thermal Lamination Film?
Thermal lamination film is manufactured using multi extrusion coating lines. It consists of two layers: a plastic film (primarily BOPP or PET) and an adhesive glue layer (EVA). Also referred to as dry, hot, or heat lamination film.
Where is Thermal Lamination Film Used?
Printing houses typically use BOPP Thermal Lamination Film rolls for commercial and educational printing applications. Suitable for graphic arts and large format printing. The transparent film (glossy/shiny or matte/dull) is heated to provide protective coating on paper covers. Sometimes called paper lamination film, it uses heated EVA adhesive to bond with paper substrates.
