Thermal lamination is a laminating process that bonds paper or paperboard substrates with plastic film using heat. Sometimes called hot, dry or heat laminating.
Thermal lamination film is produced by multi extrusion coating lines and consists of two layers: plastic film (mainly BOPP or PET) and EVA adhesive glue.

How to Use Thermal Lamination Film
Lamination joins two or more layers to protect prints. A hot laminator (thermal lamination roller machine) melts the EVA adhesive onto paper surfaces. The film passes over a heated roller and adheres to paper under pressure. This process is user-friendly and suitable for small applications at home.
