1 inch core roll thermal lamination film is designed for home or school applications. It requires only a small manual or semi-automatic laminator to operate, making it ideal for printed school documents and educational classroom materials.

Lamination process involves joining two or more layers to protect prints. A hot laminator (thermal/heat/dry lamination roller machine) is required to use BOPP Thermal Lamination Film by melting its EVA adhesive and bonding the BOPP layer onto paper surface.

During the process, the film passes over a heated roller and under reasonable pressure adheres to the paper. This easy-to-use process can be done at home for small applications.

BOPP Thermal Lamination Film is a plastic thin film for paper lamination. It uses BOPP film as the base material layer and EVA as the heat sensitive layer. These two layers are coated using high-speed co-extrusion laminating lines.
