To accelerate laminating speed, we offer one side single corona treatment thermal lamination film that helps reduce static when running on laminator machines. This is particularly useful for laminated paper requiring no further processing.
We provide two options for one side corona treatment thermal lamination film, based on BOPP film and PET film respectively.

Thermal lamination film is produced by multi extrusion coating lines and consists of two layers: a plastic film (primarily BOPP or PET) and an adhesive glue layer of EVA. Also known as dry, hot, or heat lamination film.
Printing houses typically use BOPP Thermal Lamination Film rolls for commercial and school printing applications, as well as graphic arts large format projects. The transparent film lamination (bright/shine/glossy or matte/dull) is heated to provide protection on paper covers. Sometimes referred to as paper lamination film using heated EVA adhesive glue on paper substrates.

The lamination process joins two or more layers to protect prints. A hot laminator (thermal/heat/dry lamination roller machine) is used to melt the EVA adhesive onto paper surfaces. During the process, the film passes over a heated roller and sticks to the paper under reasonable pressure. This easy-to-use process can be done at home for small applications. Also known as heat lamination, dry lamination, or hot lamination.
