Matt 25micron is one of the most popular thicknesses when purchasing thermal lamination film. It has two composition options:
- 12BOPP + 13EVA (yield 45496m²/ton)
- 15BOPP + 10EVA (yield 45147m²/ton)
While the former is priced higher, most end-users prefer the latter for its economical pricing and thicker base plastic film.
Standard roll measure is 495mm wide × 3000m long (matte 25micron × 495mm × 3000m). Custom measurements and mixed roll measures are also available.

How to Use BOPP Thermal Lamination Film
Lamination joins two or more layers to protect prints. A hot laminator (thermal lamination roller machine) melts the EVA adhesive, bonding the BOPP layer to paper surface under heat and pressure. This easy process can be done at home for small applications. Also known as heat lamination, dry lamination, or hot lamination.
What is BOPP Thermal Lamination Film?
BOPP Thermal Lamination Film is a plastic thin film for paper lamination. It consists of BOPP film as the base material layer and EVA as the heat-sensitive layer. These two layers are coated using high-speed co-extrusion laminating lines.
