Glossy/Bright/Brilliant 27mic BOPP Thermal Lamination Film is specifically designed for laminating paper and paperboard substrates. This 27-micron thickness offers superior protection and enhanced visual appeal for various printed materials.

Our double-sided corona treatment gloss laminating film ensures excellent printability and stamping performance, with corona values exceeding 42 dynes for the gloss film side and 52 dynes for the EVA glue side.

Gloss laminating film is manufactured using multi-extrusion coating lines and consists of two primary layers: a plastic film base (typically BOPP or PET) and an adhesive EVA glue layer. Also known as dry, hot, or heat laminating film, it provides durable protection and enhanced appearance for printed materials.

BOPP gloss laminating film rolls are widely used in commercial and educational printing environments, as well as graphic arts large format applications. The transparent film lamination—available in bright/shine/glossy or matte/dull finishes—is heated to create a protective layer on paper covers through EVA adhesive bonding with paper substrates.
