BOPP Scratch Resistant Lamination Film is BOPP film with special chemical treatment and EVA adhesion coated. With its property of moisture proof, the prints can prevent from scratch and moisture after the laminating process, which is operated by laminator machine.

As the name suggests, it is scratch resistant as a consequence of special chemical treatment onto the base film of BOPP. This film is extrusion-coated with EVA by one side, giving support to be laminated through heat.

Anti-scratch Thermal Laminating Film is especially designed for high quality media, presenting a semi-matte surface on one side that gives the film a pleasant touch and enhances the image of laminated products.

Scratch Resistant Lamination Film is seen as luxury packaging material for cosmetic, technology and any other type of post-lamination enhancement.

• Each roll of Scratch Resistant lamination film (3" paper core) is packed by carton or 4-8 rolls of Scratch Resistant laminating film (1" paper core) is packed by carton
• Cartons of Scratch Resistant film roll will be packed into pallet
• 10 to 12 pallets loaded into 1*20FCL container (about 400 rolls) or 20-22 pallets loaded into 1*40GP container (about 800 rolls)
