A: PIs confirm the cell models that you are interested in. We send cell specifications and best quotation to you for reference. You confirm the quotation and inform quantity or issue PO, we will send PI accordingly. After deposit or full payment confirmed, production started.

A: Yes. OEM is welcomed.
