Manufacturing Process
Our LiFePO4 batteries utilize advanced materials including lithium cobaltate (LiCoO2), ternary materials (Ni+Mn+Co),
and lithium manganate (LiMn2O4) for the positive electrode, combined with conductive agents and binders coated on aluminum foil.
The negative electrode features layered graphite with conductive agents and bonding agents coated on copper foil,
incorporating advanced nanoporous carbon technology.
- Pulping: Mixing powdery positive and negative active materials with special solvents and binders to form uniform slurry
- Coating Film: Automated coating machine applies materials uniformly to metal foil, followed by automatic drying and cutting into pole pieces
- Assembling: Layering process of positive electrode sheet-separator-negative electrode sheet-separator, followed by electrolyte injection, sealing, and welding
- Chemicalization: Comprehensive charging and discharging tests to screen qualified finished batteries
