- Insulation resistance: For metal case battery packs, insulation resistance between metal and cathode housings is not less than 2 MΩ.

Manufacturing Process
The positive electrode material uses lithium cobaltate LiCoO2, ternary material Ni+Mn+Co, or lithium manganate LiMn2O4 with conductive agent and binder, coated on aluminum foil. The negative electrode uses layered graphite with conductive agent and binder coated on copper foil base tape, with advanced nanoporous carbon for negative-layered graphite particles.
Production Steps
- Pulping: Mixing powdery positive and negative active materials with special solvent and binder to form slurry
- Coating film: Uniform coating of positive and negative electrodes on metal foil surface using automatic coating machine, followed by automatic drying and cutting into pole pieces
- Assembling: Layering process of positive electrode sheet-separator-negative electrode sheet-separator from top to bottom, electrolyte injection, sealing, and welding of positive and negative electrodes
- Chemicalization: Finished battery placement in test cabinet for charging and discharging tests, screening qualified batteries for delivery
