Soldering Recommendations:
- Flow Soldering (Radial Lead Type): Preheating at 13020C for 30-90 sec, Cooling at 1-3C/sec. Soldering temperature 260C for
- Reflow Soldering (Polymer SMD Type): Follow recommended reflow profile (Peak temperature T1, T2, T3, Preheating time t1, t2, t3).
- Reflow Soldering (Liquid SMD Type): Case size dependent. Temperature at surface of capacitor shall not exceed T.C. Duration over 200C and T.C. shall not exceed t and t seconds respectively. Preheat at 100C to 200C for max 180 seconds.
