The MTS-360 is an ultra-miniature, contactless Hall-effect rotary position sensor offering 360-degree absolute position feedback. Its through-shaft design allows for easy shaft insertion and assembly, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. Key advantages include endless mechanical rotation without a dead band, position retention on power loss, and a programmable electrical angle range from 15 to 360 degrees. The sensor is fully customizable with programmable transfer functions, switch outputs, various output protocols, and redundancy levels. Its true contactless operation, without gears or mechanical interfaces, ensures limited wear and tear, contributing to a long product lifetime of up to 50 million cycles. The MTS-360 is designed for direct PCB mounting, offering time and cost savings.
