Product Overview
The CMLW8040S Series is a wire-wound SMD power inductor featuring magnetic-resin shielding for ultra-low buzz noise, excellent shock resistance and durability due to metallization on the ferrite core, and a closed magnetic circuit design to minimize leakage flux and EMI. These inductors offer a 30% higher current rating than conventional inductors of equal size, saving PCB real estate and power. They are suitable for a wide range of applications including LED lighting, mobile devices, flat-screen TVs, computers, gaming devices, automotive systems, and telecommunication base stations.
