- Wave Soldering (MPP): Peak temperature (Tp) 110C for 120s; Sustaining temperature (Ts) 120C for 45s. For pitch 7.5mm, thickness 4mm: Soldering time
- Soldering Iron: Tip temperature 350C, time 3 seconds.
- Lead-type film capacitors are not suitable for reflow soldering.
