The SG-8101 series crystal oscillator offers a wide frequency range from 0.67 MHz to 170 MHz with 1 ppm step programmability. It supports a broad supply voltage range of 1.62 V to 3.63 V and features output enable (OE) or standby (ST) functions. Available frequency tolerances include 15 ppm, 20 ppm, and 50 ppm across operating temperatures of -40 C to +85 C or -40 C to +105 C. Utilizing PLL technology for short lead times and available with the SG-Writer II programmer, this series is suitable for various electronic equipment applications, including automotive systems.
