General Information
- Recommend Land Pattern Design for Reflow Soldering is available.
- Products are produced under low temperature processing applicable to IR reflow surface mounting devices. Not applicable to wave soldering.
- Testing method uses a four-feet probe to touch at the back of both electrodes. Customized-made production is available upon request.
