• 0.5%, 1%, 2% tolerance products use 4 digits: first 3 for significant figures, 4th for power of 10. (e.g., 1001 = 1K)

• Jumper (0) products use '0'.
• Resistance below 10: e.g., 5R6 = 5.6.
