Endurance and Moisture Resistance
Endurance: Under 105, applying rated voltage and ripple current, then returning to 20, capacitors shall meet:
- Capacitance Change: Within 20% of initial value
- Leakage Current: Not exceed the initial specified value
- ESR: Not exceed 150% of initial standard value
- Dissipation Factor (tan ): Not exceed 150% of initial standard value
Moisture Resistance: Stored at 60C, RH90~95% for 1000H, capacitors shall meet:
- Capacitance Change: Within 20% of initial value
- Leakage Current: Not exceed the initial specified value
- ESR: Not exceed 150% of initial standard value
- Dissipation Factor (tan ): Not exceed 150% of initial standard value
