Precautions for Use

  • Ensure flux is fully dried before soldering to prevent quality degradation. Pay attention to flux application amount.
  • Do not immerse potentiometers in solvents. Contact manufacturer for cleaning procedures.
  • Avoid applying excessive force to terminals, center terminals, or wiper contacts after insertion into PCBs and assembly, as this can cause deformation and poor contact. Exercise extra caution with open-type potentiometers, especially around the wiper mechanism.
  • Store potentiometers away from high/low temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive gases. Exercise extra caution for long-term storage.
  • Be mindful of stacking pressure on stored products.
  • Implement a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management system for stock.
