Storage and Handling
- Storage Environment: Temperature 30, Humidity 70% (in MBB for 24 months).
- Storage Conditions: Avoid exposure to hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulfide, sulfuric acid, high temperature, and high humidity. Store in air to maintain lead solderability.
- Soldering Suggestion: Pre-heating: 105, 1min; Soldering: 270, 4S.
- Salt Fog Test: Perform after wave peak welding.
