Storage and Handling
Storage Environment: Store at temperature 30, humidity 70%. Unopened MBB (Moisture Barrier Bag) ensures a 24-month storage period. Avoid high temperature and high humidity conditions. Due to atmospheric contaminants, solderability of terminations may degrade if stored in open air.
Soldering Suggestion: Maximum Soldering Temperature: Pre-heating 105 1min, Soldering 270 4S.
