The JURCC MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for LLC/LCC resonant and RC/RCC/DRC absorption circuits in LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies. It offers an improvement over traditional epoxy-encapsulated metallized film capacitors, addressing issues such as low power factor, high energy loss, capacitor overheating, short lifespan, and casing cracks. Key advantages include no risk of damage during wave soldering (eliminating the need for K-foot treatment), reduced noise, significantly increased spray gold contact area (150-200%) for lower high-frequency loss, enhanced surge current and voltage handling, and reduced internal heat generation. The capacitor is housed in a PBT synthetic resin shell and encapsulated with flame-retardant epoxy resin, providing improved moisture resistance and flame retardancy. It also features good appearance consistency and a high-temperature resistance of 110. With excellent high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) and low high-frequency loss, it is suitable for high-current, high-frequency applications and is widely used for resonance, bypass, DC isolation, filtering, and coupling in various electronic products.
