Metallized Film Cartridge Capacitor - MPP92-BOX

The JURCC MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for resonant and absorption circuits in LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies. It offers significant advantages over traditional epoxy-encapsulated metallized film capacitors, including improved power factor, reduced energy loss, enhanced heat dissipation, increased lifespan, and a more robust construction that prevents cracking and fire hazards. The unique internal structure with enhanced gold spraying contact increases the contact area by 150-200%, leading to lower high-frequency loss, better surge current handling, and reduced internal heat. Encased in a PBT shell and potted with flame-retardant epoxy resin, it provides superior moisture resistance and flame retardancy. The MPP92-BOX also eliminates the risk of thermal damage during wave soldering, reducing costs by removing the need for K-foot processing and offering lower noise compared to traditional film capacitors. It excels in high-frequency applications (up to 1000KHz) with low loss, making it ideal for high-current, high-frequency scenarios and various electronic applications such as resonance, bypass, DC isolation, filtering, and coupling.
