Electrical Performance
A. Low Temperature Resistance Test
Place the quartz crystal in a constant temperature box at -405 for 500 hours 2 hours. After completion, cool naturally at room temperature for 1 hour before testing.
A. High Temperature Resistance Test
Place the quartz crystal in a constant temperature box at +1005 for 500 hours 2 hours. After completion, cool naturally at room temperature for 1 hour before testing.
A. Salt Spray Test
Spray salt water (salt concentration 5%) at 352 onto the quartz crystal for 48 hours 2 hours. Rinse with clean water and check the appearance.
A. Humidity Test
Place the quartz crystal in a constant temperature box at 602 and 90-98% relative humidity for 500 hours 2 hours. After completion, cool naturally at room temperature for 1 hour before testing.
A. Temperature Cycling
Place the quartz crystal in a constant temperature box at -402 for 30 minutes 1 minute, then in a constant temperature box at +852 for 30 minutes 1 minute. Repeat for 100 cycles. After completion, cool naturally at room temperature for 2 hours.
Mechanical Performance
B. Drop Test
Drop the quartz crystal freely from a height of 75cm 5cm onto a wooden board thicker than 3cm, 3 times. Test after 1 hour of placement.
B. Vibration Test
Frequency 10-55Hz, amplitude 1.5mm. Vibrate the product along the X, Y, and Z axes for 2 hours. Test after 1 hour of placement.
B. Terminal Bending Strength Test
Fix the body and twist it to a 45-degree angle, then slowly restore it.
B. Terminal Strength
After mounting on the PCB, apply pressure with a bending degree of 2mm at a speed of 0.5mm/s for 5 seconds 1 second.
B. Solderability Test
Apply flux (concentration 7-10%) to the terminals for approximately 5 seconds, then place in a molten solder pot at 2305 for 3 seconds.

Immerse the quartz crystal in 855 warm water for 5 minutes. The water level should cover the crystal by approximately 20cm.

Place the quartz crystal on a tin furnace at 2655 with the crystal 2.00.2mm away from the tin surface, for 3 minutes (2 times). Place the quartz crystal on a tin furnace at 35010 with the crystal 2.0mm0.2mm away from the tin surface, for 30.5 seconds (2 times). After completion, cool naturally at room temperature for 2 hours before testing.
