Current Definitions
- Saturation Current: The current at which inductance drops by 10% from its initial value (Ta=25).
- Temperature Rise Current: The DC current that causes a temperature rise of T 40 (Ta=25).
- Rated DC Current: The lower value between Isat and Irms.

Reliability Testing
Refer to the detailed reliability testing table in the original document for specific items, requirements, and test methods.
Recommended Lead-free Wave Soldering Curve (DIP-Type)
Note: The recommended wave soldering curve is a reference. Users should adjust and confirm soldering conditions based on their specific equipment and process environment.
Soldering Iron (Rework)
- Hand soldering should not exceed 350 degrees and 3 times.
- Avoid direct contact with the inductor body and wire during soldering.
- Soldering by soldering iron is not recommended.
Reminders for Using These Products
- Storage: Within 12 months, under conditions of 5~40C and 35~65% RH. Solderability may deteriorate beyond this period.
- Environment: Do not use or store in corrosive gas environments (salt, acid, alkali, etc.).
- Handling: Avoid direct contact with terminals due to hand oils affecting solderability. Handle with care to prevent damage from dropping.
- Terminals: Do not bend terminals excessively to prevent wire fracture.
- Cleaning: Do not clean coils; contact the manufacturer if cleaning is necessary.
- Magnetic Fields: Keep away from magnets or magnetic objects.
- Preheating: Ensure preheating before soldering; temperature difference between solder and chip should not exceed 150C.
- Soldering Correction: Post-mounting soldering corrections must be within specified conditions to avoid short circuits, performance degradation, or reduced lifespan.
- Self-Heating: Account for self-heating when designing for thermal management.
- Non-Magnetic Shield Type: Careful coil placement is required on the PCB to prevent malfunctions due to magnetic interference.
