Product Overview

The SMS0518 Series from SHENZHEN LANTU MICRO ELECTRIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. offers ultra-high current SMD power inductors with a thin design, low DC resistance, and magnetic shielding for strong anti-electromagnetic interference. These inductors are built with an integral construction for high reliability and vibration resistance, featuring composite construction for ultra-low buzz noise and die-casting with low-loss alloy powder for low impedance and small parasitic capacitance. They provide high efficiency with low winding DC resistance and core eddy-current loss, operating at frequencies up to 3MHz and rated for a maximum voltage of 30VDC. Reminders for Using These Products

  • Storage: Within 12 months, temperature 5~40C, humidity 35-65% RH.
  • Environment: Avoid gas corrosive environments (salt, acid, alkali).
  • Handling: Avoid direct contact with terminals due to oils. Handle carefully to prevent damage from dropping.
  • Terminals: Do not bend terminals excessively.
  • Cleaning: Do not rinse coils; contact SXN if cleaning is necessary.
  • Magnetic Fields: Do not expose to magnets or magnetic fields.
  • Preheating: Preheat before soldering; temperature difference (solder vs. chip) should not exceed 150C.
  • Soldering Corrections: Perform within specified conditions; overheating may cause issues.
  • Thermal Design: Allow sufficient margin for self-heating when power is ON.
  • Non-magnetic Shield Type: Careful layout is needed to avoid malfunction due to magnetic interference.
