Product Overview
The SMS1770 Series from SHENZHEN LANTU MICRO ELECTRIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. offers ultra-high current, thin-profile SMD power inductors. These magnetically shielded inductors are designed for high-density installations, providing strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities. Featuring an integral construction for high reliability and vibration resistance, they also boast ultra-low buzz noise and low loss due to composite construction and die-casting with low-loss alloy powder. This results in low impedance, small parasitic capacitance, high efficiency, and reduced winding DC resistance and core eddy-current loss. They are suitable for frequencies up to 3MHz and have an absolute maximum voltage of 30VDC. The series complies with RoHS, Halogen Free, and REACH standards.

Applications
These inductors are ideal for PDA, notebook, desktop, and server applications, high current POL converters, battery-powered devices, and DC/DC converters in distributed power systems.

The SMS1770 series has undergone various reliability tests including Terminal Strength, Resistance to Flexure, Dropping, Solderability, Vibration, Thermal Shock, Low and High Temperature Storage, Damp Heat, Heat endurance of Reflow soldering, Resistance to solvent test, Overload test, and Voltage resistance test. Reminders for Using These Products

  • Storage period is within 12 months under conditions (5~40C, 35~65% RH).
  • Avoid use and storage in gas corrosive environments.
