Reliability Testing
Refer to the detailed Reliability Testing section in the provided document for specific test items, requirements, and methods (e.g., Terminal Strength, Resistance to Flexure, Dropping, Solderability, Vibration, Thermal Shock, Storage, Damp Heat, Reflow Soldering, Resistance to Solvent, Overload, Voltage Resistance).
Recommended Lead-free Wave Soldering Curve (DIP-Type)
Refer to the provided document for the recommended lead-free wave soldering curve. Adjust and confirm soldering conditions based on user environment and equipment.
Soldering Iron (Rework)
- Use soldering iron for hand soldering, temperature not exceeding 350 degrees, maximum 3 times.
- Avoid direct contact with the inductor body and wire during soldering.
- Soldering by soldering iron is not recommended.
Usage Precautions
- Storage: Within 12 months, under 5~40C and 35~66% RH. Terminal solderability may deteriorate after storage period.
- Environment: Do not use or store in corrosive gas environments (salt, acid, alkali, etc.).
- Handling: Avoid direct contact with terminals by bare hands due to oil secretions. Handle products carefully to prevent damage from dropping or improper removal.
- Terminal Bending: Do not excessively bend terminals to avoid wire fracture.
- Cleaning: Do not clean coils; contact the manufacturer if necessary.
- Magnetic Fields: Do not expose to magnets or magnetic fields.
- Preheating: Preheat components before soldering; temperature difference between solder and chip should not exceed 150C.
- Soldering Correction: Perform soldering corrections within specified conditions to avoid short circuits, performance degradation, or reduced lifespan.
- Self-heating: Account for self-heating (temperature increase) when power is ON in thermal design.
- Non-magnetic Shield Type: Carefully configure coil placement in PCB design to prevent malfunctions due to magnetic interference.
