Soldering Recommendations:

  • Lead-free Wave Soldering (DIP-Type): Refer to recommended curve, adjust based on user environment/equipment.
  • Soldering Iron (Rework): Not recommended. If necessary, use below 350, max 3 times, avoid contacting inductor body or wire.
  • Preheating: Required before soldering. Temperature difference between solder and chip should not exceed 150C.
  • Post-mounting Correction: Perform within specified conditions. Overheating may cause short circuits, performance degradation, or reduced lifespan.

Usage Reminders:

  • Storage: Within 12 months, at 5~40C and 35~65% RH. Solderability may deteriorate beyond this period.
  • Environment: Avoid use or storage in corrosive gas environments (salt, acid, alkali).
  • Handling: Avoid touching terminals directly with bare hands. Handle carefully to prevent damage from dropping.
  • Terminals: Do not bend terminals excessively to prevent wire fracture.
  • Cleaning: Do not clean coils independently; contact the manufacturer if cleaning is necessary.
  • Magnetic Fields: Keep away from magnets or magnetic objects.
  • Self-heating: Account for self-heating (temperature increase) when power is ON in thermal design.
  • Non-magnetic Shield Type: Careful coil layout is required on the PCB to prevent malfunction due to magnetic interference.
