Reminders for Using These Products
- Storage: Store within 12 months under conditions of 5~40C and 35~65% RH. Soldering of terminal electrodes may deteriorate if storage period is exceeded.
- Environment: Do not use or store in environments with gas corrosion (salt, acid, alkali, etc.).
- Handling: Avoid touching electrodes directly with bare hands due to oil secretions. Handle products carefully to prevent damage from dropping or improper removal. Do not bend terminals excessively.
- Cleaning: Do not rinse coils. Contact the manufacturer if cleaning is necessary.
- Magnetic Fields: Do not expose products to magnets or magnetic fields.
- Soldering: Preheat components before soldering; ensure the temperature difference between solder and chip does not exceed 150C. Soldering corrections after mounting should be within specified conditions to avoid short circuits, performance degradation, or lifespan reduction.
- Thermal Design: Account for self-heating when power is applied; ensure sufficient thermal design margin.
- Layout: For non-magnetic shield types, carefully lay out coils on the circuit board to prevent malfunctions due to magnetic interference.
