The SNR3015 Series from SHENZHEN LANTU MICRO ELECTRIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is an automatic assembly constructed, magnetic resin shielded SMD power inductor. It is designed to significantly reduce buzz noise to ultra-low levels, offering a closed magnetic circuit for reduced leakage flux and strong EMI resistance. This series provides large current handling capability with low DC resistance, saving PCB real estate and power. Applications include LED backlights, flat-screen TVs, notebooks, servers, graphics cards, automotive systems, and DC-DC converters.

Note on Current Ratings:

  • Saturation Current: DC current at which inductance drops 30% from its value without current.
  • Temperature Rise Current: the actual value of DC current when the temperature rise is T 40 (Ta=25).
  • Rated DC Current: The lesser value of Isat or Irms.
  • Part temperature should be verified in the end application considering circuit design, component, PCB trace size and thickness, airflow, and other cooling provisions.

Reminders for Using These Products:

  • Storage period: within 12 months under conditions (5~40C, 35~65% RH).
  • Avoid use and storage in gas corrosive environments (salt, acid, alkali, etc.).
  • Avoid direct contact with terminals by bare hands due to oil secretions.
  • Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
  • Do not bend terminals excessively.
  • Do not rinse coils; contact the manufacturer if cleaning is necessary.
  • Do not expose products to magnets or magnetic fields.
  • Preheat components before soldering; temperature difference between solder and chip should not exceed 150C.
  • Soldering corrections after mounting should be within specified conditions to avoid performance degradation or shortened lifespan.
  • Allow sufficient thermal design margin for self-heating when power is ON.
