Product Overview
The SNR6045 Series Magnetic Resin Shielded SMD Power Inductors are automatic assembly constructed power inductors featuring a magnetic-resin shielded design that significantly reduces buzz noise to ultra-low levels. They offer high current capability with low DC resistance, excellent shock resistance due to metallization on the ferrite core, and strong EMI suppression thanks to a closed magnetic circuit design. These inductors are space-saving and power-efficient, making them suitable for a wide range of applications including LED backlights, flat-screen TVs, set-top boxes, notebooks, desktop computers, servers, graphic cards, portable gaming devices, personal navigation systems, multimedia devices, automotive systems, telecommunication base stations, and DC-DC converters. They comply with RoHS, Halogen Free, and REACH standards.

Recommended reflow soldering curve: The recommended reflow conditions are set according to soldering equipment. Users should adjust and confirm according to their specific environment/equipment.
Reminders for Using These Products:
- Storage period is within 12 months. Store under conditions: temperature 5~40C, humidity 35~65% RH or less.
- Do not use or store in environments with gas corrosion (salt, acid, alkali, etc.).
- Avoid direct contact with terminals by bare hands as oils can reduce solderability.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage from dropping or improper removal.
- Do not bend terminals with excessive stress to avoid wire fracture.
- Do not rinse coils. Contact the company if cleaning is necessary.
- Do not expose products to magnets or magnetic fields.
- Preheat components before soldering. The temperature difference between solder and chip should not exceed 150C.
- Soldering corrections after mounting should be within specified conditions. Overheating may cause short circuits, performance degradation, or reduced lifespan.
- Sufficient thermal design is required as components generate heat when powered on.
- For non-magnetic shielded types, careful coil layout is needed to prevent malfunctions due to magnetic interference.
