Recommended Lead-free Wave Soldering Curve (DIP-TYP):
Refer to the provided curve for recommended soldering conditions. Hand soldering is possible but not recommended, with a maximum temperature of 350 degrees and limited contact time.
Reminders for Using These Products:
- Storage: Within 12 months, under conditions of 5~40C and 35~66% RH.
- Environment: Avoid gas corrosive environments (salt, acid, alkali, etc.).
- Handling: Avoid direct contact with terminals with bare hands. Handle carefully to prevent damage. Do not bend terminals excessively.
- Cleaning: Do not clean coils; contact the manufacturer if necessary.
- Magnetic Fields: Do not expose to magnets or magnetic fields.
- Soldering: Preheat components before soldering. Ensure temperature difference between solder and chip does not exceed 150C. Soldering corrections after mounting should be within specified conditions.
- Thermal Design: Account for self-heating when power is on.
- Layout: For non-magnetic shield types, carefully consider coil placement to avoid malfunction due to magnetic interference.
