Recommended Lead-free Wave Soldering Curve (DIP-TYP)
Recommended reflow conditions are provided based on specific soldering equipment. Users should adjust and confirm conditions based on their environment and equipment.
Reminders for Using These Products
- Storage: Within 12 months, temperature 5~40C, humidity 35~65% RH.
- Environment: Avoid gas corrosive environments (salt, acid, alkali).
- Handling: Avoid touching terminals with bare hands; handle carefully to prevent damage.
- Bending: Do not excessively bend terminals.
- Cleaning: Do not rinse coils; contact manufacturer if cleaning is required.
- Magnetism: Keep away from magnets or magnetic objects.
- Preheating: Preheat components before soldering; temperature difference between solder and chip should not exceed 150C.
- Soldering Corrections: Perform within specified conditions to avoid performance degradation or reduced lifespan.
- Self-heating: Account for self-heating in thermal design.
- Layout: For non-magnetic shield types, careful PCB layout is needed to prevent malfunction due to magnetic interference.
