LHE5400: Quad Matched Resistor Network
The LHE5400 is a quad resistor network featuring excellent matching specifications across its operating temperature range. It is designed for applications requiring precise ratiometric stability, such as difference amplifiers, voltage references, and bridge circuits. The device offers enhanced matching performance, guaranteeing up to 2x better CMRR than independently matched resistors when configured as a difference amplifier. All four resistors are accessible and can be biased independently, providing versatility. The LHE5400 is available in a space-saving 8-pin MSOP package and operates from -40C to 125C.
