Product Overview

The MAOC-010334 is an InGaP HBT-based voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) designed for frequency generation in the 8.4 - 9.25 GHz range. It offers low phase noise, a wide tuning range, and a divide-by-two output for easy integration into phase-locked loops. Featuring an integrated buffer amplifier and excellent temperature stability, this VCO is ideal for high-capacity digital radios and various radio applications, including Point-to-Point Radio, Point-to-Multipoint Radio, and Communications Systems. The device requires no external matching components and operates from a +5V bias supply.
