The MAOC-113900 is a broadband voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) designed for frequency generation in various radio applications. It offers a wide tuning range, low current consumption, and excellent temperature stability, making it ideal for phase-lock loop integration. The device features an extremely low phase noise performance, suitable for high-capacity digital radios. Primary applications include Point-to-Point Radio, Point-to-Multipoint Radio, Communications Systems, and general Low Phase Noise applications. The VCO requires no external matching components and is provided in a lead-free, RoHS-compliant 5 mm 32-lead PQFN package with a 260C reflow compatibility.
