Product Overview
The MMPC0402 Series High Current Molded Power Inductors are designed with carbonyl powder for a compact footprint and high efficiency. They offer high current handling capabilities with low DCR and operate effectively across a frequency range up to 5MHz. These inductors are engineered for very low acoustic and leakage flux noise, making them suitable for demanding applications such as PC power systems, including IMVP-6 DC/DC converters. They are RoHS compliant and operate within a temperature range of -40 to +125 (including self-temperature rise).

Operating Temperature Range: -40125 (Including self temp. rise)
Applications: PC power system, incl. IMVP-6 DC/DC converter.
Test Conditions:
- Inductance/Q: 100KHz /1.0V
- Ambient Temperature: 25
- Heat Rated Current (Irms): Causes coil temperature rise approximately t of 40 (keep 1min.).
- Saturation Current (Isat): Causes L0 to drop 30% typical (keep quickly).
- Part temperature (ambient + temp rise) should not exceed 125 under worst-case operating conditions.
