Product Overview

The DSC1001/3/4 is a silicon MEMS-based CMOS oscillator family offering exceptional jitter and stability performance across a wide range of supply voltages and temperatures. Operating from 1 MHz to 150 MHz, these devices utilize an all-silicon resonator that is highly resistant to stress, shock, and vibration, providing superior reliability compared to traditional crystal oscillators. The DSC1001/3/4 are designed as pin-for-pin replacements for industry-standard oscillators, available in compact plastic packages with short mass production lead times. The DSC1003 and DSC1004 offer higher output drive capabilities (25 pF and 40 pF, respectively) compared to the DSC1001.
