Testing Conditions: Unless otherwise specified, testing is performed at ordinary temperature (5 to 35) and humidity (25 to 85% RH). For doubtful measurements, temperature is 202, humidity is 60 to 75% RH, and atmospheric pressure is 86 to 106 kPa.
Test Instruments: CHROMA 3302 for L and DCR; CHROMA 3302 and 1320 for IDC; Agilent E4991A for SRF. Inductance test condition: 100KHz/1V. Saturation current is based on inductance change (|LI-L|/L30%). Temperature rise current is based on temperature rise (T:40 TYP).
Operating Conditions: The product is allowed to operate in an ambient temperature range of -40 to +125.
