Testing Conditions: Unless otherwise specified, testing is performed at ordinary temperature (5 to 35) and humidity (25 to 85% RH). In case of doubt, testing is performed at 202, 60 to 75% RH, and 86 to 106 kPa atmospheric pressure.
Electrical Characteristics Test Conditions: Inductance and DCR tested with CHROMA 3302. Current tested with CHROMA 3302 and 1320. Inductance test condition: 100KHz/1V. Saturation current (Isat): Based on inductance change (|LI-L|/L30%). Temperature rise current (Irms): Based on temperature rise (T:40 TYP). Self-resonant frequency (SRF) tested with Agilent E4991A.
Operating Conditions: The part is allowed to operate in an ambient temperature range of -40 to +125.
