The IP4251/52/53/54-TTL are 4-, 6-, and 8-channel RC low-pass filter arrays designed to filter undesired RF signals on I/O ports of portable communication and computing devices. These devices also incorporate diodes for ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection up to 30 kV. Fabricated using monolithic silicon technology, they integrate resistors and diodes within ultra-thin leadless Quad Flat No-leads (QFN) plastic packages. Key benefits include integrated filter networks, high ESD protection levels exceeding IEC 61000-4-2 level 4, and compact package dimensions.
