Product Overview

The EMI4193 is a highly integrated common mode filter with ESD protection, designed for high-speed digital serial interfaces such as HDMI and MIPI D-PHY. It offers both ESD protection and EMI filtering for two differential data line pairs, providing cost and space savings compared to discrete solutions. With a large differential mode bandwidth exceeding 2 GHz and high common mode stop band attenuation, it ensures superior impedance matching performance and protects against IEC61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD events (15 kV contact discharge). Its low profile, small footprint WDFN16 package makes it ideal for space-constrained mobile devices.
