X2Y Series Surface-mount Ceramic EMI Filter Capacitors
The X2Y series represents a breakthrough in integrated passive device (IPD) technology, offering a unique 4-terminal ceramic multilayer component for decoupling and filtering. Integrating two Y-capacitors and one X-capacitor into standard MLCC sizes, the X2Y device leverages its multilayer construction for internal noise cancellation, significantly reducing Equivalent Series Inductance (ESL) from nanohenry to picohenry levels. This balanced design provides superior broadband filtering and decoupling capabilities, enabling better EMC compliance across a wide range of applications.
