The Skyworks Si590/591 is a Crystal Oscillator (XO) utilizing advanced DSPLL circuitry to deliver low jitter clock outputs at high frequencies, ranging from 10 MHz to 810 MHz. Unlike traditional XOs, it uses a single fixed crystal for a wide frequency range, offering superior frequency stability and reliability. Its IC-based design provides excellent supply noise rejection, making it ideal for noisy communication system environments. The Si590/591 is factory configurable for frequency, supply voltage, output format, and stability, eliminating long lead times for custom oscillators.
